The MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and Internet sites such as Realtor.com are the most powerful tools available to sellers. More than 60% of buyers are from out of the area and fully 70% of them began their home search on the Internet.

Fee For Service

You can list your property on the Multiple Listing Service for a pre-paid hourly administrative fee for up to 6 months. With this option, you would only pay a commission to the real estate broker that sells your property. For Sale By Owners get the maximum amount of MLS exposure necessary to sell their properties quickly.
